Refund Policy for Snow and Soul Yoga Retreat (April 10-14, 2025)

Thank you for choosing to join us for the Snow and Soul Yoga Retreat. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to ensure transparency about our refund policy.

Payment Requirements: To reserve your spot at the retreat, full payment is required at the time of registration.

Refund Eligibility:

• Until March 1, 2025: Cancellations made on or before March 1, 2025, are eligible for a 50% refund of the total retreat cost.

• After March 1, 2025: No refunds will be available unless your reserved spot is filled by another participant. If your spot is successfully filled, we will issue a refund of 50% of the total retreat cost.

Important Notes:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation request or upon successful transfer of the reserved spot.

• Participants are responsible for finding their own replacement if cancellation occurs after March 1, 2025.
